Local Dental Committee
( LDC ) Website Designs
A typical standard template for a Local Dental Committee (LDC) is designed to communicate essential information effectively to dental professionals. As it focuses on functionality and relevant information delivery, the template usually steers clear of dental imagery to maintain a professional and informative appearance. It often includes sections such as a welcome message, latest news and updates, details of upcoming events, resources for continuous professional development, committee meeting minutes, and contact information.
Some alternative designs requested by some other LDC Commitees may be found in the links at https://jpnweb.uk
If a more visual approach is preferred, incorporating dental images is certainly an option that can be offered, tailoring the template to meet the specific aesthetic or branding needs of the LDC.
Typical ressources for your local dental professionas may be seen in the menus. if you are not able to poulate some, Tentacl Web Design will review this area for you and produces recommended pages.
Where possible, Tentacle Web Design also takes a pro-active approach in updating your LDC site with what may be deemed relevant onteant, which may include GDPS, BDA reports and Recent News, normally from the NHS. Please se the Recent News on the menu for examples in this area.

What is a A UK Local Dental Committee

These committees are constituted to provide a platform where dental professionals can discuss and address local issues related to dental services. These issues can range from contract negotiations, remuneration, to training and development of NHS dental services. LDCs act as a liaison between the general dental practitioners and the NHS England, facilitating communication and providing support to ensure the delivery of high-quality dental care to patients. Their involvement can extend to national discussions, policy developments, and other areas concerning the dental profession and public oral health services.
